We partnered with PiggyVest to develop a line manager led HR and talent system with policies aligned with the company’s growth and culture. As the team scaled rapidly, the goal was to develop people infrastructure that could evolve alongside the product and market ambitions.

We created a custom HR system that automated performance reviews, onboarding flows, and internal goal tracking while maintaining the agility and cultural coherence of a high-growth startup.
